Pam was absolutely outstanding she worked hard to get our home on the market quick found a good target price and work through at least 6 counter offer processes to get us a fair deal on the selling of our old home and the buying of our new one. Our home sold at market value in just 28 days when the competitors were taking over 3 months to sell. While she remained very busy with many clients she always found time to close the loop on things we needed from her and ensured that all of our needs were met. Not only were they knowledgeable, they were able to help me find the perfect house! They listened to me and were extremely responsive! I was working with another "top agent" with another real estate company that was also highly recommended. I dropped the agent and the company for lack of responsiveness as well as what I believe was unprofessionalism. Everything changed when I began working with Pam and her team.
